如何破解化工物流人才供需双方对接难的问题

摘    要:化工物流发展迅速,对人才的需求量大而且有特殊要求,目前高等教育物流管理专业人才物流难以满足化工物流人才需求。因此,通过调研分析了化工行业物流人才的需求特点,结合南京化工职业技术学院物流人才培养的思路和模式,提出培养化工物流人才的具体可行的思路和方法。化工物流人才培养需要高校准确定位人才培养目标,建设专业性强的师资队伍,精细化培养专业性强的化工物流人才,加强企业、行业和高校的合作。

Abstract:The chemical physical distribution development is rapid,and has the special request greatly to talented person's demand,at present the higher education physical distribution management professional physical distribution meets the chemical physical distribution talented person need with difficulty.Therefore,has analyzed the chemical industry physical distribution talented person's demand characteristic through investigation and study this article,unifies my courtyard physical distribution personnel training the mentality and the pattern,proposes the raise chemical industry physical distribution talented person specifically the feasible mentality and the method.The chemical physical distribution personnel training needs the university to locate the personnel training goal accurately,the construction specialization strong teachers troop,the fine refinement raise specialization strong chemical industry physical distribution talented person,strengthens the enterprise,the profession and university's cooperation.
