| 摘 要： | 在阐述了战略联盟企业风险态度和收益的内涵的基础上,分析了六种不同风险态度与收益的相关性,认为“风险相对偏好”型企业是导致战略联盟利益格局发生变化,使得战略联盟瓦解的主要原因。
