| 摘 要： | 非公有制企业诚信缺失既由其外部环境的不确定所致,也与社会监督作用的弱化有关。因此,应以政府为主体减少非公有制企业政策环境的不确定性,弥补社会监督主体对非公有制企业信用信息的不完全性,减少其诚信缺失行为的发生。 |

| Abstract: | There are two reasons which indude the define of external enviornment and lack of soual supervise to create the short of credit in private enterprises.So we should improve the policy enviornment,make up the information of private enterprises' credit and reduce the beuhaviors of credit deficiency. |
