网络导向对初创企业绩效的影响——一个有调节的中介模型

基于社会网络理论与双元学习视角，本研究构建一个有调节的中介效应模型，探讨网络导向对初创企业绩效的具体作用机制，考察双元学习的中介作用与环境动态性的调节作用。基于285份有效问卷数据，利用Bootstrap法进行实证检验，结果表明:网络导向有利于提升初创企业绩效；网络导向显著正向影响探索式学习和利用式学习；探索式学习和利用式学习在网络导向与初创企业绩效之间发挥完全中介作用；环境动态性负向调节利用式学习在网络导向与初创企业绩效之间的中介作用，而对探索式学习在网络导向与初创企业绩效之间的中介作用未发挥显著的调节作用。

Network Orientation and New Venture Performance:A Moderated Mediation Model of Ambidextrous Learning

Drawn from social network theory and ambidextrous learning view, a moderated mediation model was constructed to explore the impact of network orientation on new venture performance, and to further examine the mediating effect of ambidextrous learning and the moderating role of environmental dynamism. Based on the data from 285 Chinese start-ups, the empirical study was conducted by using the bootstrapping method. The results demonstrate that network orientation has a significant positive impact on new venture performance. Network orientation positively affects exploratory learning and exploitative learning. Exploratory learning and exploitative learning fully mediate the relationship between network orientation and new venture performance. Environmental dynamism negatively moderates the mediated path through exploitative learning, however, has no moderating effect on the mediated path through exploratory learning.
