摘    要:随着公司业务的快速发展,在保产品数量大幅增加,在故障率一定前提下,售后服务次数大幅上升,服务人员工作量也随之上升。文章介绍了售后服务网络平台的设计、运用及其对提升公司售后服务的关键作用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the corporate business,the quantity of the insured products should be increased significantly.At the premise of a certain failure rate,after-sale services and the amount od work are both increased.This paper introduces the design,application and the key role to improve the corporate after-sale services of the internet service platform of after-sale services.
