农村社会保障制度的建立必须充分依靠土地的保障功能。通过对南海农村的调查，得出农地股份合作制是土地社会保障功能得以实现的制度保证。欠发达地区农地股份合作制的推广必须通过政府主导的强制性制度变迁来实现。

Rural Share-holding Cooperative System and Land Security——A case study on Nanhai, Guangdong Province

The establishment of rural social security system must fully rely on land security function.Based on the survey of Nanhai,Guangdong Province,the paper concluded that rural share-holding cooperative System is the institutional gurantee of realization of Land security function.Extend of rural share-holding cooperative System in undeveloped areas must be on the basis of compulsion of institutional variance under the guidance of the government.
