| 摘 要： | 指出了企业原有的标准化管理体系部分已不适应改革形势要求,不能面对市场维护企业的合法正当权益,行政性强,不能更好地为企业增效益服务等存在问题.提出了建立标准化动力机制、约束机制、运行机制等转变企业标准化管理机制的具体建议.

| Abstract: | It is discussed in this paper that the old enterprise standard management system is not suitable for the current situation. The old standard can not protect the legal right of the enterprise in market, management activities and can not serve the enterprise economic benefits. The auther makes the concrete suggestions about the motive force to establish standard system, self - displine system and the conversion of enterprise standard and management. |
