| 摘 要： | 运用产业组织理论的SCP范式,对西藏星级饭店产业组织内部市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效等生产要素之间的相互关系及存在问题进行分析与讨论。在此基础上,从产业结构、经营模式以及专业人才等方面探讨促进星级饭店产业结构合理化、优化产业资源配置、提高产业绩效的对策。

| Abstract: | The paper,using the SCP analysis form of industry organizational theory,analyzes and discusses the internal relationship of the market structure,market behavior and market performance in industrial organization as well as existing problems.Based on this,the paper offers suggestions about promoting the rationalization of industrial structure,optimizing the allocation of market resources and enhancing industrial performance from aspects of industrial structure,business model and professional talent and so on. |
