FDI企业组织形式研究述评

本文综述了交易成本理论、企业资源理论、讨价还价理论、邓宁的折中理论对FDI企业组织形式的解释，综述了不同理论对一些国家FDI企业组织形式的实证分析结果，并对上述理论和实证研究进行了简要的述评。

Comments on the Organizational Make-up of FDI Enterprises

This article surveys the interpretation of the transaction cost theory,the resource base theory,the Eclectic theory, and the bargaining power theory to the organizational make-up of enterprise of FDI.Meanwhile it also presents comprehensively the findings of analysing the organizational make-up of FDI enterprise in some countries via different theories.Brief comments on the empiric study of the above theories are also presented.
