| Abstract: | For a long time,the use efficiency of China's financial funds has not been high,expenses have been wasted too much ,and supervisory system has not been perfect.All these cause corruption and hinder the development of economy.Setting up the government's purchasing system is an important way to solve the above－mentioned problems and the only way to strengthen the administration on China's financial expenditure as well. |
