ERP持续业务改进（CBI）标准实施方法

ERP系统的上线运行仅仅意味着企业ERP项目的真正开始,接下来的考验是ERP系统能否支持企业持续不断的业务发展。也就是说,一个ERP系统必须要在运行过程中得到持续的改进和优化,才能满足企业业务不断发展或变化的需求,这就催生了ERP系统持续业务改进项目(continual business improvement,简称CBI项目)。本文总结了某企业历次CBI项目的实施经验,从项目主计划和蓝图设计报告两个方面详细介绍CBI项目的标准实施方法,建立了一套科学、规范、严谨的CBI项目标准工作流程和模板。

ERP Continual Business Improvement Project ( CBI ) Standard Work Method

ERP system of on-line operation means enterprise ERP project really begins,the next test is facing the ERP system can support enterprise constant business development.That is,an ERP system must be in the operation process of continuous improvement and optimization,to satisfy the business enterprise business development demand,this led to the ERP system continual business improvement projects(referred to CBI project).This paper summarizes all previous CBI projects implementation experience of an enterprise,introduces the implementation method standard details for CBI project from the project master plan and design blueprint report,established a set of scientific,standardized,rigorous CBI project standards work flow and templates.
