摘    要:推动不同隐性知识的耦合创新是重大科技工程的核心目标之一。为有效实现重大科技工程隐性知识耦合创新,基于知识管理理论,界定重大科技工程隐性知识耦合的科学内涵,分析隐性知识耦合的过程;在此基础上,运用微分动力学方法构建重大科技工程隐性知识耦合模型,研究模型解析解的渐进性;最后,基于模型分析结果,提出通过构建知识管理体系、营造隐性知识耦合创新环境和建立隐性知识耦合创新考核激励机制促进重大科技工程隐性知识的耦合创新。

Model of Tacit Knowledge Coupling of Major Scientific and Technological Project
Abstract:One of the core goals of strategy of major scientific and technological projects is promoting coupling innovation of different tacit knowledge. In order to effectively realize coupling innovation of different tacit knowledge, we firstly applied knowledge management theory to define the scientific content of coupling of tacit knowledge in major scientific and technological projects and analyze process of coupling of tacit knowledge. Then, based on differential dynamics, we built coupling model of tacit knowledge in major scientific and technological projects, analyzed the progressive nature of analytical solution of the model. Finally, based on the analysis of model, we proposed that the coupling innovation of different tacit knowledge in major scientific and technological projects could be accelerated by building the knowledge management system, creating coupling innovation environment of tacit knowledge and establishing assessment and incentive mechanism of coupling innovation of tacit knowledge.
