供应链集权管理模式下的RFID在VMI系统中应用的效益分析

针对在供应链集权管理模式下的RFID在供应商管理库存(VMI)系统中应用的效益分析问题,建立了VMI系统效益分析的概率分布函数。通过对模型的理论分析和数值计算,文章的结论是:当企业保持库存水平一定时,随着RFID标签成本降低,VMI系统利润增加;当RFID标签成本一定时,随着库存容量增加,VMI系统利润降低。这个结论为企业应用RFID的决策提供了科学依据。

Benefit Analysis of Applications of the RFID in the VMI System in Centralized Supply Chain Management Model

Aiming at benefit analysis issue of Applications of the RFID in the VMI System in Centralized Supply Chain Management Model,this article established probability distribution function of the benefit analysis for VMI system.By the theory analysis of the model and numerical calculation,the conclusion of the article is that firms keep stock level be the same,with reduction of RFID tag cost,profits of the VMI system be increased;and that cost of the RFID tag cost is not changed,with stock capacity be increased,profits of the VMI system to decrease.This conclusion of the article provided Scientific basis of decision for firm to use RFID.
