基于DEA的综合交通运输协调发展评价研究——以河北省为例

结合经济计量分析特点,运用数据包络分析的投入产出思想,结合协调发展理论提出了基于EDA模型的经济数据的分析方法。据此对河北省2000-2010年交通运输与经济统计数据进行了实证分析,从而对河北省综合交通系统的协调性进行分析。结果表明河北省铁路运输效率逐年提高,规模收益都是递增的;公路运输效率达到最佳,规模收益稳定;水路运输系统的投入结构不合理,效率偏低。通过这些分析,对河北省综合交通运输方式的发展做出评价,为有效解决综合交通与经济协调发展提供理论依据和决策参考。

Research on Evaluation of Comprehensive Transportation Coordinative Development Based on DEA-- A case study of Hebei province

Combining with the characteristics of the econometric analysis,this paper puts forwards the economic data analysis method based on the Data Envelopment Analysis with multi-input and output.Hence,according to the empirical analysis on the economic statistical data of Hebei province in 2000-2010,this paper presents the coordination of the comprehensive transportation system.The results show that Hebei railway transport efficiency increase year by year,returns to scale are increasing;highway transportation efficiency to achieve best,stable returns to scale;investment structure of waterway transportation system is irrational.The results provides theory basis for effectively solve the traffic and economy coordinate development and decision-making reference.
