| 摘 要： | 在分析本校土地资源管理专业发展历程及存在问题的基础上,结合学校的实际情况,从人才培养目标、课程体系重建、教学内容的更新、教学方法和教学手段的改革、考核方式的改革及实践教学的创新等方面对新型复合型人才培养体系的构建进行了探索。

| Abstract: | on the basis of the analysis of development course and the existing problems in land resources management in Hunan Agricultural University,specialty combined with the actual situation of the school,the article explores new compound talents training system from the personnel training target,curriculum system,teaching content,updating the reconstruction of teaching methods and means of teaching reform,the reform of evaluation mode of practice teaching. |
