| 摘 要： | 在分析昆钢重装集团生产与管理现状的基础上,依据机械制造企业的特点,提出采用产销一体化的管理模式及面向订单生产计划管理体系的设计思路,构建一个适合机械行业的生产计划管理解决方案,解决重装集团生产和管理过程中存在的诸多问题,实现重装集团产销一体化的经营模式。

| Abstract: | This article has advanced a management model of production and marketing integration and a design idea on Order-Oriented production plan and management system,based on the anatomization for the production and management status of Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd of Kunming Iron and Steel Group.And it also has put forward a solution on production plan and management for machinery industry,as well as solved many problems in the process of production and management.Thus,the corporation can carry out its marketing integration business model. |
