| 摘 要： | 本文从支付清算市场参与主体不断增多、市场规模不断扩大和监管机制不断完善三个方面对我国支付清算行业现状进行了分析,从定价机制亟待优化、产业链分工有待细化和风险控制水平有待提升三个方面对我国支付清算市场存在的问题进行了深入剖析,提出了构建科学合理的价格体系,以创新推动资源整合和继续完善监管机制等政策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the status of payment and settlement industry in China from three aspects as the increasing number of participants in payment and settlement market,the expansion of market scale and the improvement of supervision mechanism.It also deeply discusses the problems of payment and settlement market like pricing mechanism,division of labor in industry chain and risk control.The paper finally puts forward relevant policy suggestions such as constructing scientific and reasonable price system,pushing resources integration and perfecting supervision mechanism. |
