摘    要:目前个人征信服务质量和服务水平与经济增长的客观要求以及社会公众的服务需求有一定差距。本文通过问卷调查形式研究社会公众对个人征信服务的评价,分析当前个人征信服务中存在的问题及其原因,提出改进和完善个人征信服务的对策和措施,以期对推动个人征信服务在完善机制、加强管理、提高质量、提升公众满意度等方面提供决策参考。

Abstract:At present,there is a gap between the quality and standard of the personal credit information service with the demands of economic growth and the public.The paper studies the evaluation of the public on the personal credit information service through questionnaire,analyzes the prominent problems and reasons in the personal credit information service,and puts forward `countermeasures to improve and perfect the personal credit information service,which aims at providing decision reference to the personal credit information service in the following aspects such as perfecting the mechanism,strengthening management,improving quality and increasing public satisfaction.
