| 摘 要： | 小额担保贷款是国家就业再就业政策的重要组成部分。本文介绍了小额担保贷款的政策沿革,阐述了陕西开展该项工作的有关情况,深入分析了当前小额担保贷款存在的主要问题,并提出加大政策宣传力度、简化手续、修改完善操作办法、建立评估体系等政策建议。
