摘    要:本文以全国和35个大中城市自2005年第三季度到2011年第三季度的季度数据为研究样本,利用BEKK模型实证检验了房价的波动与居民消费、经济波动之间的溢出效应。研究结果发现,不同地区的溢出效应存在巨大的差异性,对不同地区相应采取的针对房价的宏观调控政策应有所区别。

Abstract:Based on the quarter data of 35 cities from Q3,2005 to Q3,2011,the paper discusses the spillover effects between changes of house prices,household consumption,and economic swings by the BEKK model.The result shows that the spillover effects in different regions are quite significant.Hence the macro-control policies on house prices should be tailored.
