| Abstract: | Beginning from the demands and characteristics of the PBC’ mandates,based on the theories on competency model,the paper analyzes the situation of professional technicians of the PBC,studies the law of talents growth of the PBC,sets up a competency model and puts forward suggestions on further perfecting the management system of professional technicians of the PBC. |
