| 摘 要： | 马克思和西方经济学主要流派都对企业规模理论做过重点论述。在现实经济中，中小企业集群的存在和发展，表明其同样可以实现最佳规模经济。文章通过对企业规模理论的历史回顾，阐述了中小企业集群发展的必然性和相应的制约机制。

| Abstract: | Both Karl Marx and the other western economists focus on the study of the firm scale economy.In our society,the Small and Medium Enterprises Cluster(SMEs Cluster)have the rapid development,which indicates they can realize the optimal-sized economy.This paper reviews the theory of firm scale,and puts forward the inevitability and restriction of SMEs Cluster development. |
