| 摘 要： | 对经济结构进行战略性调整，既给成人教育提供新的发展机遇，同时也对成人教育提出新的要求。一方面，产业结构、地区结构、城乡结构的调整将形成大量转岗培训、提高性培训和企业性培训要求，为成人教育的发展提出了新的动力。另一方面，成人教育必须适应经济结构调整的要求。随之进行调整和变革，要以成人教育结构调整为主线，改革运行机制，进一步深化各项教学改革。

| Abstract: | Strategic adjustment of economic structure not only provides new develop opportunities but also raises new demand for adult education.On one hand,adjustment of industry structure,district structure and urban and rural structure will raises demands of many kinds of training,which will motivate the develop of adult education,on the other hand,adult education must suits the needs of the adjustment of economic structure.Adult education needs adjustment and reform. |
