| 摘 要： | 本文首先对现代服务业的概念和国际现代服务业的总体状况进行了介绍,然后从产业规模、产业结构、空间布局等方面对北京现代服务业的现状进行了分析。在总结了奥运所带来的经济、政策、文化、人力资源等方面的影响后,对北京现代服务业的发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This article begins with the concept of modern service industry and its global devel- opment, followed with analysis of Bei-jing’s current situation from the aspects of industry scale, structure and spatial layout. Bei-jing 2008 Olympic Games has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for modern service industry. The paper also analyzes the according economy, policy, culture and human resource impact of Olympics, as well as some suggestions for future development. |
