Research on Influence Factors in Developing and Managing Performance of Real Estate Corporations

The critical value actions in the process of real estate developing and managing were introduced in this article at first, and then the four factors which influence the developing and managing performance of real estate corporations were analyzed in depth, which are plan-design, construction quality, marketing engineering and property management. At the same time according to the main content of each factor, the index system was established. At last based on plenty of investigation data, the demonstration research of relationship model among real estate developing and managing performance and each influence factor was proposed. This research will play great positive role on instructing the strategy layout of real-estate development corporations.
