摘 要: | 基于企业资源计划系统的人力资源管理(E-HRM)在战略位置、信息集成、管理作用等方面有其独特的优势。但从国内企业实施ERP的情况来看,E-HRM的优势还没有得到充分体现。要优化企业E-HRM实施效果的对策模型,实现基本业务的信息化和促进E-HRM从事务型到战略型转变,以提升人力资源价值。
