宪政经济法学中的社会助益制度刍议

社会助益制度是宪政经济法学的制度范畴之一。社会助益制度具有和谐社会思想的体现功能、弱势群体社会归属感的体现功能、社会政策全球趋同的体现功能。目前我国社会助益制度运作效果并不尽如人意,为此必须进一步完善社会助益制度的法律结构。

On social helping system in constitutional economy

The social interests-aid system is one cat egory of the constitutional economic jurisprudence. The said system embodies the ideal of harmonious society, the feeling of social ownership of social vulnerable groups and the global tendency of social policy to similarity. Nowadays the effect of the social interests-aid system hasn’t achieved the goal. Therefore legal construction of the social interests -aid system must be perfected.
