| Abstract: | This paper introduces the radiating way of the electromagnetic interference in integrated circuits.From the angle of wiring,the measures to restrain the electromagnetic interference in integrated circuits,including the layout of the ground wire,power wire,signal cable and clock circuitry,are discussed,which provides the theoretic basis for the electromagnetic compatibility of integrated circuits. |
