| 摘 要： | 为了客观地评价开发区土地利用集约度水平并且使开发区之间的集约度水平可比,以广东省珠海市的3个开发区为例,提出基于熵值法和统一理想值的开发区土地集约利用评价方法,既避免了在确定权重系数时的人为因素干扰,同时通过对同一区域各开发区制定统一的评价指标理想值,使得各开发区之间的评价结果可比,从而更好地指导开发区向土地集约利用的发展方向。

| Abstract: | To evaluate and compare the level of intensive land use of the development zones objectively,this paper,taking three development zones of Zhuhai City,studies the evaluation method of intensive land use based on the Entropy and the unified idea value,which avoids the interference of human factors in determining the weight coefficient and makes the evaluation results comparable by establishing a unified standard for all the areas in the same zone.In this way,the evaluation results can better guide the development of intensive land use of the zones. |
