| 摘 要： | 城市土地集约利用是一个综合的、动态的概念。根据地域特点构建了一套城市土地集约利用评价的指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,并运用多目标线性求和法综合评价了洞庭湖区中心城市土地集约利用状况。评价结果表明,研究区域城市土地集约利用基本达到要求,但土地资源潜力未充分发挥,因此从3个方面提出洞庭湖区中心城市土地利用的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | intensive use of urban land is an integrative and dynamic concept.This paper constructs a set of indicators for the evaluation of urban land use according to the regional characteristics,determines the weights of different indicators applying the method of AHP and comprehensively evaluates the urban land use conditions of Dongting Lake area using the multi-objective linear summation.The results show that the studing area basically meets the requirements of urban land use,although the potential of land resources is not full utilized.The paper ends with countermeasures and suggestions for the intensive urban land use of Dongting Lake area. |
