| 摘 要： | 中国银监会于2009年8月13日公布了《消费金融公司试点管理办法》，首批试点城市将设在北京、上海、天津和成都四个城市。目前，作为首批试点城市，消费金融公司业务的筹备工作已经启动。我国可以借鉴美国、日本等国的先进立法经验，对试点办法进一步完善。

| Abstract: | On 13 August 2009, China Banking Regulatory Commission issued the Consumer Finance Company Experimental Management Measures, the first batch of experimental cities will be located in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chengdu. At present, In Beijing, Shanghai, etc. the preparatory work of consumer finance company has already started. At the same time, China may learn from advanced legislation of Japan and US, and perfect the consumer finance company rule. |
