摘    要:面对信息化的大潮,企业信息化建设变得越来越迫切,为了提高企业信息化的成功率,对员工个人信息化水平及其评价进行了研究。首先,构建了企业员工信息化水平评价模型,然后,利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,最后采用模糊综合评价法完成综合评价。通过实证分析,验证了评价方法的合理性和可行性。利用该模型和分析方法可以找出员工个人信息化水平不足的原因,实现企业信息化水平的整体提高。

Abstract:The face of the tide of information technology, enterprise information technology has become more urgent. In order to improve the success rate of enterprise information, the level of employee personal information and its evaluation were studied. First, employees Informatization Evaluation model is constructed. Then, AHP is used to calculate the weight of each index. Finally, evaluation is completed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The empirical analysis verifies the evaluation method is reasonable and feasible. Using the model and analysis method can identify the causes of the insufficience of employee personal information level to enhance the overall level of enterprise information.
