| 摘 要： | 针对电网规划的特点,综合考虑电网规划方案的财务效益、技术经济、可靠性以及对环境的影响等方面,构建了一套电网规划方案评价指标体系。将AHP法与熵值法相结合,从主观和客观两方面将具有不同性质和量纲的多项指标综合起来,确定指标权重。最后通过实际案例说明该评价指标体系的实用性和可行性。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of power grid planning,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for power grid planning from the following aspects：financial benefit,technical economics,the reliability and the impact on environment.Through combining AHP method with entropy method,it determines the weights of indices.Finally,it demonstrates the utility and feasibility of this evaluation index system. |
