| Abstract: | Performance management is a kind of effective management tool which rea lizes the strategic objective of the enterprise.Its effect is especially more ob vious to the enterprise that is abundant to the manpower resortces.The accountan t's firm is such an organization of the manpower resources type.To realize the a udition goal of high quality,performance management has widely space of using in the accountant's firm.The article discuss the use of performance management in the accountant's firm from this angle. |
