摘 要: | 2009年我国零售业的发展呈现出三个特点,在危机面前我国零售业的多样化发展态势更为明显。我国零售业的未来发展需要把握战略、营运、协调与对等、评价、融资、投资等六个核心问题,并从营运战略与营运竞争的角度来提高经营业绩。

Abstract: | In 2009,the development of China's retail industry revealed three characteristics and the trend of diversification became clearer after when confronting the crisis.Future development of China's retail industry will be determined by six core issues,namely,strategies,operation,coordination,evaluation,financing,and investment.Improving business performance through the operational strategies and competition will be a crucial issue. |
