| 摘 要： | 一个社会的文明也是由这个社会的内涵和外延共同构成的文明一旦形成,则有助于发扬和传播文明。一个社会的文明程度的提高,其文化内涵的酝酿能力是基本条件,资源的有效利用程度是根本保证。实现人均福利是保证经济发展,提高文化的酝酿能力,保证经济可持续发展的基础。

| Abstract: | The civilization of one society consists of its connotation and denotation. The formation of civilization is helpful for its devel- opment and spread. The accumulating ability of cultural connotation is the basic condition to increase the civilization level of the society, and the effective utilization rate of the resource is an essential guarantee. So the realization of per capita welfare is a foundation to guar- antee sustainable economic development and increase accumulating cultural ability. |
