我国养老地产发展研究

随着经济社会的迅速发展和人口老龄化问题的日益严峻,养老地产的发展受到相关各方的高度关注。根据我国养老地产的发展现状及结合典型案例,并从老龄化社会、老年产业经济、房地业和房地产企业转型角度,分析了养老地产的特性,介绍了国外养老地产的发展经验,阐述了当前亟待发展养老地产的必要性,并提出加强政府扶持力度、优化规划设计、扩大融资渠道、探索运营方式四个方面的建议。

On the Real Estate for the Senior in China

As the economic society is developing forward rapidly and the problem of the aging of population is becoming more and more serious,relative parties pay more attention to the real estate for the senior.On the basis of the present situation and the typical cases of the real estate for the senior in China,it analyzes the characteristics of the real estate for the senior from the angles of the aging society,the aging industrial economy and the transition of the real estate industry and real estate enterprises.Then the foreign experience of the development of the real estate for the senior is introduced,the necessity of developing the real estate for the senior is expounded and the suggestions including strengthening the government support,optimizing planning and design,expanding the financing channels and exploring operation ways are put forward.
