| 摘 要： | 本文给出了矩形花键轴插齿刀的无设计误差方法,并给出了相应CAD/CAM 几何模型与渐开线齿形模型的差异,最后还用实例计算验证本文方法与模型的可靠性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a design method of the no design errors rectangular spline gear shap- ing cutter is given,and so is the difference of the CAD/CAM geometric model between the insolute gear shaping cutter and the rectangular spline gear shaping cutter.Finally, the reliasility of the method and corresponding geometric models is verified by caculation in illustrative examples. |
