| 摘 要： | 对于房地产企业来说，搞好成本控制是企业降本增效，正确体现经营成果的一项重要手段。世界经济的一体化和电子商务的发展改变了传统的商业规则，企业已经难以再依靠传统的成本控制手段，目前已经开始试图从供应链管理这种全新的企业成本管理模式，来探讨如何进行企业成本控制。

| Abstract: | In the management of the real estate enterprises, cost control is commonly viewed as effective in minimizing cost and improving efficiency. Meanwhile, with the integration of global economy and the development of E-commerce, the way to do business has greatly changed. The traditional cost control measures will not work as they did before. This paper aims to discuss how to control cost with the idea of supply chain management. |
