广西金融服务体系建设研究

通过对广西金融服务体系发展状况的分析,认为广西金融服务体系提供的金融产品与客户需求之间有差距,金融监管体系不健全,金融环境支持有漏洞,金融市场处于起步阶段。进而提出加快广西金融服务体系建设的对策建议:金融监管要转变监管理念,由注重合规监管向注重风险监管转变;大力发展货币市场子市场,支持广西经济发展;以短期债券发行为契机,大力发展商业票据;在股份制商业银行中积极推行差别化经营策略等。

Study on the Construction of Financial System in Guangxi

This paper analyzed the development situation of Guangxi financial system.The result shows that deficiencies exist in Guangxi financial system: the financial preducts can’t meet the customer demands;the financial supervision system is distempered;there are defects in the financial environment;and the financial market is still at the starting stage.The autor then presents the following suggestion for the construction of Guangxi financial system: transform the supervision style from laying stress on regulation to risks;develop the financial sub-market to support the Guangxi economy developement;with the issuing of short bond as a pivot,develop commercial bill business;carry out differential operation strategy in the joint stock banks.
