基于住房过滤模型的南宁市廉租房供给模式研究

摘    要:南宁市应以政府收购二手房和新建廉租房相结合的供给模式为主,确保未来几年前者比例控制在73.32%以上,后者在26.68%以下.同时,政府还需加强经济适用房建设,以实现廉租房和经济适用房的配建,促进中等级住房向低等级过滤,并控制廉租房建设规模.此外,在廉租房房源不足情况下可适当采用市场提供房源供给模式.
