| 摘 要： | 宋恕是戊戌变法前后颇有影响力且比较激进的思想家,在经济主张上提出了在发展农业的同时发展工商业,认为"欲振农业,必自严禁田赋浮勒始;欲振工业,必自劝集股购机器始;欲振商业,必自尽裁抽厘局卡始"等,他还把经济发展和培养人才相结合,在改革的同时指出造成中国农工商业不兴的根源在于官吏的贪婪和腐败。宋恕的经济思想为我们今天的社会发展及其改革提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | SONG Shu was an influencing and radical ideologist around Wu-xu(1898) Reform in Qing Dynasty.He proposed to develop industry and commerce while developing agriculture,and brought forward specific development measures,such as: prohibit arbitrary charges and imposed donation to revitalize agriculture;purchase machines to boost industry and stop harsh duties to promote commerce.He combined the economic development with economic talents’ cultivation and pointedout that the unprosperous Chinese agriculture,industry and commerce were caused by the greed and corruption of the official.SONG Shu’s economic thought provides a reference for our today’s social development and reform. |
