| 摘 要： | 本文将当今世界主要政党的财政类型概括为捐赠型、党费型、党产型、国家补贴型和混合型等，在此基础上，比较分析捐赠型、国家补贴型、混合型三种不同政党财政的资金来源与制度缺陷，最终引出有关政治文明和政党建设的一些有益启示。

| Abstract: | The paper considers that the types of party finance consist of donation type,party-fee type,party-asset type,national-subsidy type and mixed type,etc.It makes a comparative analysis of capital sources and institutional defects of three types of party finance,namely donation type,national-subsidy type and mixed type.Then it puts forward some useful enlightenment about political civilization and party construction.The paper suggests that party finance system should obtain an appropriate balance between donation type and national-subsidy type and party finance should be separated from national finance. |
