台湾地区金融控股公司管控模式

面对经济全球化、金融业跨业经营一体化的趋势,金融并购案例层出不穷,金融机构规模日趋扩大,形成了多元化的业务组合。金融机构特别是作为金融集团化重要组织形式的金融控股公司,大都将关注的焦点聚焦于已有业务的整合。本文选取台湾地区14家金融控股公司为观察样本,从业务整合的角度提出了业务复合型和整合型多元通路两种管控模式,并对它们进行了对比分析。

Management and Control Mode of Finance- Controlled Company in Taiwan

This paper chose 14 financial holding companies in Taiwan district as the samples,and compared them with each other using relative theories of group control models in the perspective of business integrity maturity.It pointed out two types of control models of financial holding company,that is,business mixed type and business multi-channel type,which were compared in the following content.Finally,this paper concluded the proper environmental condition the two models application,and supported useful theoretical and empirical guidance and reference for control model study of financial holding company.
