| 摘 要： | 马加爵和李征既属于贫困大学生群体，也是青少年弱势群体中的一员。这两起案件，相隔两年，其发生有偶然性，更有其必然性。研究这两起案件，对于完善高校教育体制、促进大学生健康成长和完善青少年犯罪的体系、结构等，具有重大的意义。

| Abstract: | Ma Jiajue and Li Zheng belong to the impoverished university student community; also they are in young people weak community. These two cases, separated by two years, occured have fortuitousness, but they are inevitability. Analyzing these two cases has the significant significance about the consummation university education system, it can promote the university student health growth and consummate the youth offenses the system, the structure and so on. |
