二次工业化与西部大开发

改革开放前后,我国的工业化模式经历了从国家工业化模式到新兴的工业化模式的变迁,东部沿海地区在公有制的计划经济之外,通过发展各种形式的非公有制经济,逐步实现了工业化主体的转换,本文将这一在我国经济转型过程中出现的特有经济现象称为二次工业化过程.文章指出西部大开发的核心任务仍是推进工业化,而二次工业化则是西部实现小康的必由之路.在对西部二次工业化面临的有利与不利条件进行分析后,阐述了西部二次工业化需要创新的几个方面.

The Second Industrialization and the Western Development

Before and during the reform and opening up, we have undergone the changes from the national industrialization model to a new one. In the coastal region of eastern China, the transformation of the mainstay of industrialization has gradually been made, by developing diverse forms of non-public sector of economy, in addition to the planned economy under public ownership. This present paper refers to the particular economic phenomenon arising in the process of China's economic transition as the second industrialization, and points out that the key to the western development remains the furthering of industrialization, whereas the second industrialization is the only way to a well-to-do society in western region. Through an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages before the second industrialization, the paper also expounds the necessary innovation in some aspects in doing the job.
