| 摘 要： | 防范职务犯罪人外逃是当前预防、打击职务犯罪的时代要求和重要环节。文章探讨了防范职务犯罪人外逃的具体方法，提出了完善联合机制、加强证件管理，以及创新配偶子女均已移居国（境）外的国家工作人员出境管理、强化职务权力公开运行机制、健全职务人员的财产监管制等对策。

| Abstract: | Preventing the criminal of duty fleeing is requirement of precaution, attack duty crime of the times and important step. The paper explores the concrete methods on preventing the criminal of duty fleeing, puts forward countermeasures such as perfecting joint mechanism; strengthening certificate management; innovating emigration management of state personnel who spouse, children have all emigrated overseas; enhancing the system of power operating publicly; sounding the regulation .of officials property. |
