On the Competition and Cooperation of Telecommunication Operator Implementing Supply Chain Management Strategy

This article analyses the supply chain management strategy for the telecommunication operators from the perspectives of competition and cooperation. In order to get the competitive edge, the operators must control key resources in the supply chain; however, strengthening the cooperation with other enterprises also plays a very significant role for the operators’ success.
