西部地区资源承载力探析

通过对Solow模型和干中学模型的扩展,阐述了资源承载力研究的理论基础和现实意义,并从实证角度分析了西部地区资源承载力的差异,结论表明:西部地区生态环境受到一定破坏,资源承载力一直处于超载状态,其经济发展在一定程度上以牺牲环境为代价;西部12省市资源承载力存在差异;西部地区和东、中部地区资源承载力存在差异。相对于东、中部地区,西部地区虽然综合承载力增强,但资源承载力处于超载状态,尤其是与东部地区相比,超载状态非常显著。

Analysis on the Carrying Capacity of Resources in Western China

Through the expansion of Solow Model and Learning by Doing Model,the paper elaborates theoretical foundation and practical significance of the research on the carrying capacity of resources.An empirical analysis is made on the differences of resource carrying capacity in western China,and the results show:the ecological environment in western China is destroyed in a sense,that is,the resource carrying capacity has always been in a state of overloading,and its economic development develops at the cost of destroying the environment to a certain degree;resource carrying capacity is different among the 12 provinces and cities in western China;and resource carrying capacity is different between western China and eastern or middle regions in China.Compared with eastern and middle regions of China,though the comprehensive resource carrying capacity in the west has increased,it is in a situation of overloading,especially compared with eastern regions,the situation of overloading is very serious.
