人文营销理论探讨

摘    要:人文营销是古老思想和现代智慧的交融,是传统思维与开放观念的联姻,是哲学范畴与社会范畴的结合;同时,作为上层建筑的人文营销,也是社会经济高度发展的产物与和谐社会的构成要素。从微观上讲,它是企业以人文要素为中心所开展的经营销售活动,企业通过营销整合营造强烈的人文氛围,重视企业与企业之间、企业与消费者之间的良性沟通及人文关怀,强化竞争及交易双方的亲和力,以实现有效营销。
